Biography Olo kani will be celebrating 9 years of existence in 2012. The Group is an off shoot of SUPA, Seattle Ukulele Players Association, focusing on traditional Hawaiian music and dance that most of the group members grew up with. Most members were born and raised in Hawaii and currently living in the Pacific Northwest. A diiversified Group that includes retirees and professiions in the medical, engineering, technical and real estate fields.
Biography SUPA was founded in 2003 to promote fellowship, entertainment, performance and education amongst ukulele enthusiasts in the Puget Sound region. All ukulele players are welcome at our monthly sing-a-longs.
Biography Curated by native Hawaiian Patrick Perkins, Na Hilahila (the shame, shame) Boys has played around Hawaii for a decade. Many of the songs the Boys do were taught to Patrick by his mother, and some are more than 200 years old.
