Biography The players' musical stars crossed at various sessions and tune learning opportunities in Portland, Oregon, including Artichoke Music, on Hawthorne Boulevard, where Dan Compton shares tunes. Mary Carey most recently hails from Atlanta Georgia, where she performed with Father O'Reilly Ceili Band and the Ballybeg Ceili Band and active Comhaltas. Nancy and Mark Roberts have performed with various small groups including Swanky Ceili and Furriskey's Lament and served on Portland Ceili Society's Board. All members are a part of the Green Apple Jam band, and Steve Rapalus can be found playing with The Cat Food Band at East Fork Cellars and IrishTown in Vancouver.
