- Biography Central Intelligence is a Hip-hop group comprised of members from Seattle's Central District. Originally a 5-member group, they released their first project in 2001. Now, ten years later, a few members have returned to their love of music and created a new album with a sound a bit different than what fans might have been used to. With production mainly from group member Key, this album is truly a "hands-on" project. C.I. is excited to add their voices back to the collective of Seattle-area talent.
